5. Delivery Policy
5.1. Delivery Charge
5.1.1. Inside Dhaka:
5.1.1.1. Free delivery is applicable for orders equal to or above ৳999.
5.1.1.2. A delivery charge of ৳39 applies to orders below ৳999.
5.1.1.3. Express Delivery within the selected areas of the Dhaka Metropolitan area is available at ৳59.
5.1.2. Outside Dhaka:
5.1.2.1. Free delivery is applicable for orders equal to or above ৳1499.
5.1.2.2. A delivery charge of ৳59 applies to orders below ৳1499.
5.1.2.3. Express Delivery is not available outside Dhaka.
5.2. Delivery Time:
5.2.1. Inside Dhaka: Products will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours after placing an order.
5.2.2. Express Delivery: Available in select areas; products will be delivered within 4 hours, based on scheduled delivery time slots.
5.2.3. Outside Dhaka: Products will be delivered within 3 to 5 days after placing an order.
5.3. Delivery timelines are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, strikes, or logistical disruptions.
6. User Responsibilities

21. Order Fulfillment and Pricing

22.2.2. Service fees are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

22.3.1. EDS is available in selected areas and may include delivery on holidays at EmergencyDrug’s discretion.
22.4. Modification Restrictions:
22.4.1. Delivery details cannot be modified after order acceptance.
23. Order Verification and Returns

25.2.1. EmergencyDrug acts solely as a digital platform provider, connecting buyers and sellers and facilitating order processing.
25.2.2. EmergencyDrug is not liable for any non-compliance or regulatory breaches by partner pharmacies.
25.3. Termination of Partnership:
25.3.1. EmergencyDrug reserves the right to discontinue partnerships with pharmacies that fail to meet compliance standards.
26. Data Compliance
